off-piste snowboard Course

Join fellow riders in an adventure into dreamy deep powder on our off-piste course.

On this course we will cover everything about off-piste, from how to make safe decisions when in the back country to improving your technique and style for bigger lines, plus learning smaller fun freestyle off-piste tricks.

With over 25 years in the Portes du Soliel our expert guiding will ensure that every descent is different as we know the mountains like the back of our hands.

Sshhh, don't tell anyone... But even after 2 weeks of no snow, we know our secret spots and can still get you that feeling!

"Martin is an excellent snowboard coach. I took part in the off-piste camp. On the first day we didn't have great conditions and Martin gave us very useful technique lessons. Later in the camp we were lucky and got some fresh powder. With Martin's local knowledge and experience he showed us some really nice lines in the off-piste, just right for our ability. Had a lot of fun, I would book this camp again!"

"We hired TORR to show us some some local off-piste and didn't disappoint. We were very lucky with the snow after getting a 20-30cm dump the night before.

We're a fairly advanced group but Martin was still able to push us by teaching us and talking us through some cliff drops (as requested by us) eventually building up to about a 3m drop.

Our group hires guides every year and Martin is way up there with the best of them. He is a sound lad and well up for the craic. He loved the boarding as much as we did. I would highly recommend TORR Snowboarding for all your off-piste mayhem!"
